GROUP CROSSFIT

Come join one of our group classes to experience our team building environment. Our group classes are designed for all ages and abilities, and encourage individual development through proper movement.  Lead by one of our qualified instructors who will ensure that you are properly scaling and using the proper technique in our safe and fun environment. Intimidated by a barbell? Every workout can be modified to the individual, and will include a fitness track that is guaranteed not to intimidate!

TEENS CROSSFIT

Give your teens a strong start at Eviction CrossFit. Our classes are open to kids ages 10 and up, and focus on having fun with exercise and movement while promoting teamwork, positive nutrition habits, and a strong work ethic. Our light workouts are designed to improve strength, endurance, and coordination. Teens CrossFit classes are held every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 PM.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking for a one-on-one experience with one of our trainers? Our personal training will help you progress as an athlete in all areas, or can target a specific ability that you have been wanting to master. From gymnastics, weightlifting, or strengthening from a particular disability- our personal trainers can help you. 30 and 60 minute sessions available.
